We move with purpose. Please read before placing your order.



Processing Time



All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] after checkout.

Weekends and holidays don’t count.


During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer — trust the process.



Shipping & Delivery



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:


  • U.S. Orders: [5–10 business days]
  • International Orders: [10–21 business days]



Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once it’s in the carrier’s hands, timing is out of ours.



Tracking



When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.



International Orders



International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.



Address Accuracy



Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out.

Gifted Curse is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee.



Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once your package leaves us, it’s in the carrier’s control. Gifted Curse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


If your order is delayed, hit us up — we’ll help however we can.



Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
