Refund & Return Policy – Gifted Curse



All sales move with intention. Please read carefully before purchasing.



All Sales Are Final



Due to the nature of limited releases and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse.


Make sure your selection is correct before checking out.



Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue



Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is unavailable.



Wrong Item Received



If we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Contact us within [7 days] of delivery and we’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct item.



Exchanges



Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only considered for damaged or incorrect items. We do not offer size exchanges.



Non-Returnable Items



The following are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned without approval




Unauthorized Returns



Any return sent without prior approval will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.



Chargebacks & Disputes



Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a ban from future purchases. We’re always willing to help — reach out before escalating.
